Is it safe to shop on Marlowe Club?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch, for a total delivery time of 4–7 business days.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders within the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders can also be canceled as long as they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may still be returned according to our return policy.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery. You can also track your order on the Track Your Order page.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We will review your request and offer either a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund.
